DESCRIPTION Set on a grassy knoll off the road through Torre San Severo, a village 12 kilometers from Orvieto, it overlooks farmland and has unobstructed views over the Umbrian hillsides. This family home was restored to live in year round, so it reflects warmth and comfort for all seasons. This house completely in tuff as got an indipendent gate entrance directly from the road. Is interior are just tasteful and on the back side there is the swimmingpool only 15 meters from the house where to stay all day long under the sun. Outside there is a lovely porch where you can have a lovely meal under the star. The house is composed of two floor, where at the grond floor there is the day space and at the first floor the night space. The location, immersed in the umbrian countryside is very confortable to reach, the highway is only 15 Km. If you want to reach Rome and Florence is only 1,5 hourse by train station in Orvieto (13 Km). But also Todi, Assisi, Perugia, Siena are about in a range of 100 Km. THE HOUSE
