DESCRIPTION
This “Villa” is composed as a little little village with several buildings closed by each other. Easy to reach only 30 minutes from Florence the Villa is surrounded by olive groves and woods. The little village is an ideal place for a large family or a big group of friend that would like to spend a week in Tuscany in a private and secluded place. Only 20 minutes from the Highway A1 Florence Rome it is very easy to reach other Tuscany town how Arezzo, Siena, Montalcino.
The Villas is composed by several old stone houses with a central “Piazza”. The 13 rooms are locate in the houses and have the private bathrooms. In the houses there are 10 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 quadruple. The “Villa” has also one kitchen and two lounges, one at the ground floor to eat all togheter and one at the first floor with sofas to have a chat or stay togheter after the dinner.
The space outside is all to live with you week party, the large space outside and the swimmingpool permict you to relax all day long, or to hav a Pizza/BBQ party under the star.
