This summer meeting was carried out during a long June weekend in Tuscany. This global financial corporation offered its London-based employees a weekend of fun and leisure.

The structure, with a total of 58 rooms, was exclusively rented for around 75 guests. For the corporation it was very important to have an exclusive venue, which would keep their guests free from any outside distractions that could disturb the event during their stay. The structure is complete also with two swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurant with optional open terrace, dance hall, conference room, and large park surrounded by green lawns.
The summer weekend meeting had a purely leisure feel even after a little work was done in the meeting room. Only three hours were dedicated to the focus group in the end.
